1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Better Bureau, the provider of ClipCraft mobile application ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing and using ClipCraft ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ClipCraft is a video editing application that allows users to:
- Create and edit video content
- Process images and videos using automated features
- Generate video content from various inputs
- Store and manage media content locally on your device
The App is under continuous development. We are constantly working to improve features, fix issues, and enhance user experience.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. USER CONTENT
4.1 Ownership
- You retain all ownership rights to content you create using the App
- We do not claim ownership of your created videos, images, or other media
4.2 License Grant
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Process and analyze your content solely for providing the App's services
- Generate automated edits and suggestions as requested by you
This license is limited to the operation of the App and terminates when you delete your content or account.
4.3 Your Responsibilities
- You represent that you own or have necessary rights to all uploaded content
- You will not upload content that infringes third-party rights
- You are solely responsible for your content and its consequences
5. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent security measures of the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
6. SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS"
IMPORTANT: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- We are actively developing and improving the service
- The App may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
- Features may change, be added, or removed at any time
- We make no warranties or guarantees about:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of results
- Suitability for your particular needs
- Compatibility with all devices or systems
You acknowledge that:
- The service is under continuous development
- Features may not work perfectly at all times
- Automated features and suggestions may produce unexpected results
- You use the App at your own risk
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for:

- Inaccurate or inappropriate automated results
- Issues arising from third-party services
- Any other losses or damages of any kind
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to any claim
Some locations do not allow certain liability limitations. If this applies to you, some limitations may not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
8. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
8.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through third-party payment processors
- We do not directly process or store payment information
- Payment terms are subject to the payment processor's policies
8.2 Refunds
We do not provide refunds directly.
- All refund requests must be made through the payment processor (your app store or payment provider)
- Refunds are subject to the payment processor's refund policy
- For payment issues, billing errors, or refund requests, contact your payment processor directly
8.3 No Warranty for Purchases
- Digital purchases are provided "as is"
- We make no guarantees about features or functionality
- Payment does not create any warranty or guarantee of service quality
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1 Data Collection
We collect minimal data necessary for the App to function:
- Account information (email address, display name, optional profile photo)
- Usage data (features used, app interactions)
- Device information (device model, OS version)
- Diagnostic data (crash reports, error logs)
9.2 Data Processing
- Most processing occurs locally on your device
- Some features may require cloud processing for enhanced functionality
- Your content may be temporarily processed by our systems to provide services
- We do not permanently store your personal videos or images
- All communications with our servers use encrypted connections
9.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data may be shared only:
- With service providers necessary for App operation
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect our rights, property, or safety
- In aggregated, anonymized form for analytics

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
- We may modify these Terms at any time
- Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
- We will provide notice of material changes through the App or via email
- The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes
12. TERMINATION
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
- You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
- Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App immediately ends
- We will delete your data within 30 days
- Sections that should survive termination (such as liability limitations) remain in effect

14. MISCELLANEOUS

14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14.4 No Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or acquirer.
14.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government actions, or internet service outages.
14.6 Language
In case of any conflict between translations, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.
By using ClipCraft, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
